Returns and Refunds Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, by means of a clear declaration (for example a letter or e-mail), of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
This does not apply to additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Inspecting the goods
You may inspect the goods in the way that would be possible and customary in a shop.
For a camera strap, this means in particular that you may look at it, touch it, carefully put it on and understand how it is attached.
A return is not excluded merely because the packaging has been opened or the product has been briefly used for inspection.
Please handle the goods with care and avoid signs of use that go beyond a normal inspection.

3. Return and refund policy
3.1 Relationship to the statutory right of withdrawal
This return and refund policy supplements the instructions on withdrawal.
Your statutory rights, in particular your right of withdrawal and your statutory rights regarding liability for defects, are not restricted by this policy.
3.2 Return period
For consumers, a withdrawal period of 30 days from receipt of the goods applies.
For commercial end users who purchase Krützberg products for their own use and not for resale, Krützberg also voluntarily grants a return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
After this period, a return without a statutory reason is generally no longer possible. Statutory rights in the event of defects naturally remain unaffected.
3.3 Inspection and condition on return
You may inspect the goods as would be possible in a shop.
A return under the statutory right of withdrawal may not be refused solely because:
the packaging has been opened,
the product has been touched or briefly put on for inspection,
the attachment method has been carefully understood.
You are only liable for a loss of value if this is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please return the goods as completely, cleanly and carefully packaged as possible and, where possible, in the original packaging. However, the original packaging is not a mandatory requirement for the statutory withdrawal.
3.4 Return procedure
Before returning, please contact us by e-mail at info@kruetzberg.de and, where available, state your order number.
This prior contact is helpful for assigning the return, but is not a precondition for the effective exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal by consumers.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless expressly agreed otherwise or unless something else applies by law.
For high-value goods, we recommend shipping with tracking and adequate transport insurance.
3.5 Refund
After receipt and inspection of your return, we refund the amount due via the same means of payment that you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The repayment is made at the latest within the periods provided by law.
3.6 Exchange
A direct exchange is only possible after prior agreement.
