Shipping information

4.1 Shipping service provider

We ship with DHL or a comparable shipping service provider.

After handover to the shipping service provider, you receive a tracking number where available.

4.2 Shipping within Germany

Shipping within Germany is usually carried out with DHL.

Unless stated otherwise for the respective product, delivery within Germany usually takes 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

4.3 International shipping

International shipping is only possible to the countries and regions selectable in the checkout.

The applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown in the checkout before the order is completed.

Shipping to the USA, South America and Asia is currently not offered.

4.4 Parcel lockers and post office branches

Shipping to parcel lockers and post office branches is possible, provided that the required details are entered completely and correctly during the order process.
